When you register for a workshop on WorkshopMastery, we collect necessary attendee details required for seat confirmation, venue access badges, payment processing, WhatsApp notifications, and GST tax invoicing:
- Contact Information: Full Name, Email Address, and WhatsApp Mobile Number.
- Business Tax Credentials: Company Name and 15-digit GSTIN (for B2B tax credit invoices).
- Event Coordination: Dietary preferences and check-in confirmation badges.
2. 256-Bit SSL Encrypted Payment Security
WorkshopMastery does NOT store or record sensitive financial credentials such as card numbers, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords on our servers. All transactions are securely processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant partners (Razorpay).
3. WhatsApp Communication & Notifications
By registering, you consent to receive your digital ticket pass, venue Google Maps pin, pre-event agenda updates, and live event reminders via Meta WhatsApp Cloud API.
